Virginia Diaz Book Reviewer 3Virginia Diaz is a rogue vegan wilding through central New Jersey. She shares her crooked little house with one husband, two kids, two cats, one dog, two sewing machines, and one new waffle iron. She enjoys doing volunteer work at her kids’ schools, exploring vegetarian and vegan cooking, sewing for fun and to impress her husband, writing short fiction which she sometimes publishes at By Another Name, and reading nearly anything she can get her grubby little hands on. Kim Ellington

ellingtonKim enjoys exploring human connections and relationships. She coaches social dynamics, teaching people how to better relate to one another, knowing that connectedness helps create happiness, hoping that happiness will lead to world peace. The mother of a young daughter, she finds herself fascinated with the parallel human struggles of children and adults.
