It is Thanksgiving Day in the United States today. Thoughts turn to traditions and thankfulness, food and football (well, at least for some of us). For many of us, Thanksgiving Day is a chance to write (and maybe catch up on our word counts for NaNoWriMo).

The characters in my book are happy they are on the west coast near an oil well and that most of the nuclear bombs hit the east coast …
Well… as someone who lives on the east cost I might not be as happy about that. But for your characters, that would definitely be something to be grateful for! Haha.
